Most vehicle manufacturers are now using data communication (canbus) to control your vehicles functions. Anything from opening a door to the running of the engine - it's all done by the cars computer, the same basic system as your computer. This makes fitting a conventional security system almost impossible or very difficult to fit.
The MAP70 products are sourced and manufactured in Europe to UN and EU Standards. Each alarm system has to be programmed for your specific model of car which is done here at Mongoose at time of order. The end result is that your alarm will only work on your make and model of car - no one elses !
The MAP70AU/GNZ interfaces with your vehicle perfectly and is controlled by your existing remote controls - just lock your doors as normal and the vehicle is secure.
