Established in 2001 HYPER has grown to become a one stop shop for everything that is action related. We live and breath action from our wake skate snow and surf experts to our tyre wheel and automotive gurus we are your one stop shop for cars boats and action sports products.

SHIPPING

We use Courier Post for the majority of our shipping. PBT is used for shipping of surfboards and roof boxes. Please email us if you require your ticket number. We aim to ship your goods as fast as possible but delivery times depend largely on your specified freight option.

Shipping Options:

Express Delivery $6.95

Standard Delivery $3.95

North Island Overnight: $9.95

South Island Overnight: $29.95

Auckland Overnight: $5.95

Auckland Urgent: $29.95

Pick ups welcome between business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Sat 9am-1pm)

Shipping Times:

Outside of business hours (8am - 5pm), during public holidays and weekends nothing will be shipped, as courier companies do no operate. However it will shipped the next available working day.
All direct debit orders will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.

Carriers:

We use Courier Post (hyper link: http://www.track.courierpost.co.nz/search/) for the majority of our shipping. PBT (hyper Link: http://www.pbt.co.nz/nick/results.cfm)  is used for shipping of surfboards and roof boxes.

INSTALLATIONS

We have a full installation team onsite so if you want anything installed feel free to ask, even if you have purchased it elsewhere. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We take the following forms of payment:

  • Direct credit to our Bank Account.

  • Credit Card, EFTPOS.

  • We also accept Q Card, Farmers card, GE Creditline Card, but goods must be collected from in store.

  • FINANCE AVAILABLE - Must be arranged prior to purchase.

If your online purchase is completed outside the hours of 8am - 5pm, on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, your goods will leave the next working day, as the courier companies are not open.

99 DAY INTERNET RETURN POLICY

At Hyper our success depends on your satisfaction. While we are constantly striving to provide our customers with the information they need to make educated online purchases, we understand there is no substitute for "touching and feeling". We want you to have peace of mind in knowing that you can always return your purchase for a full refund of the product price if, after holding it in your hands or trying it on, you are not completely satisfied.

OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE 

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 99 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE. IF YOU WOULD PREFER WE WOULD GLADLY SUPPLY YOU WITH A STORE CREDIT TO THE SAME VALUE OR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT. ITS UP TO YOU.

RETURNS

To arrange a return please contact us on 0800449737 or email us. Returns received after the 99 day period are not accepted. In rare cases where we may accept the return after the 99 day period, your refund
amount will be the price on HYPER.CO.NZ at the time the return is processed, less a $15 or 30% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
