SHIPPING TIMES
Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as posiable. All Australian shipping is done via DHL International.

All product will be shipped during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)

Outside of business hours during public holidays and weekends nothing will be shipped, as courier companies do no operate.

All direct debit orders will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.

Customs and Duty Charges
Any international orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Hyper Ride has no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be. Hyper Ride cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
